Returns

The return period for your order is seven days after delivery. Once more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items may be eligible for return within the relevant return window if they meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Accessories or components are missing
  • The requested item differs from what was received

Ensure that all price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and original accessories are included in the return shipment. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase to process a return. The merchant should be the only one to receive your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted

The exchanged item may take longer to arrive, depending on where you live. Using a trackable delivery service or shipping insurance will help you avoid risks. It is not a promise that we will receive your returned item.

We will also notify you if your refund request is accepted or denied.If your refund request is approved, we will process your payment and credit your credit card or other original payment methods within 15 days of receiving your request.
